What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline, 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, 3+ years of hands-on management across major paid platforms, including Meta Ads and Google paid advertising (Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Center, and Performance Max/PMax), 1-2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or guiding junior team members, Experience managing paid advertising budgets and analyzing Blended CAC, Proven experience bridging performance marketing and organic social, Ability to leverage the creator economy and organic social channels to fuel paid performance campaigns and lower acquisition costs, Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. , ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Jasper) to accelerate ad copywriting, draft creative briefs, and analyze large datasets, Ability to leverage AI to scale A testing variations rapidly, understanding of full-funnel metrics (from CAC to LTV), Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. , CRM, Web/E-commerce) to ensure acquired traffic successfully converts and enters post-purchase pipelines
