Overview: The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. This person will lead and support the staff with customer service, sales training, product knowledge, leadership development, inventory controls, and compliance. Responsibilities: Working with the General Manager to plan and implement sales strategies to drive positive sales growth within the dispensary. Maintaining strong inventory controls and making sure that the store is upholding compliance standards. Coaching, training, and developing staff, making sure they are aligned with the company's goals and vision. Partnering with the General Manager to help create, monitor, and track the store's KPIs, and leveraging data to help drive decisions around labor costs, sales strategies, and training opportunities. Helping to hire, train and onboard new staff within the dispensary. Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations and partnering with other internal teams, such as marketing, retail operations, and supply chain.
