What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management or at least 1 year of Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including recruiting, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health standards, and security, Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members, leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence, Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of the restaurant operations, along with P & L responsibilities, Great communication skills. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with team members, managers, and guests, Flexibility to work 50+ hour weeks, rotating shifts (including nights and weekends), and holidays
Nice to Have
Current sanitation and B. A. S. S. E. T. alcohol service training a plus
