The AGM is responsible for supporting staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in driving sales growth. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow within a globally recognized brand. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Store Operations Management:** Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food and beverages, and excellent customer service. * **Team Leadership:** Lead by example, training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure all staff members meet performance expectations.
