Full Job Description
### **Position Summary:** As an **Assistant General Manager** at Arby’s, you will support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. You’ll help ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager position. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant * Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service * Help manage staffing, training, and employee development * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards * Support inventory control, cost management, and labor scheduling * Monitor and manage shift performance and resolve issues quickly * Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently * Step into the General Manager’s role in their absence ### **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus) * 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to lead by example and inspire team members * Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operations * Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain **Benefits** Weekly pay.
