What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field, Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire date, 3-5 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations, Experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively, communication skills
Nice to Have
LEED or AP accreditation, Familiarity with property management software systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms
What You'll Do.
supporting role in the daily operations of a suburban commercial Office portfolio
oversee the property in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager
work closely with tenants
vendors and engineers
drafting vital financial reports
Assist with tenant communications and service requests
Prepare service contracts and RFPs
tracking service contract expiration dates
COIs and assist as needed with documentation
Support financial management activities including invoice processing
and preparation of monthly operating reports
Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors
Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation
tenant move-in coordination
Help facilitate tenant events and building communications
All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements
or as necessary to ensure property operations
