Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field, Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire date, 3-5 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations, Experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively, communication skills

Nice to Have

As an administrative leader, you will oversee the property in the absence of the General Manager. Additionally, you’ll work closely with tenants, vendors and engineers, and learn valuable skills while drafting vital financial reports.
