Must Have
2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries, Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and account receivables, Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content, Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, A sharp professional appearance, Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs, Sales aptitude, A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable

What You'll Do.

Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases

Ensuring that the community’s interior and exterior are impeccable and the team appropriately represents the Bozzuto brand with a crisp
professional appearance
Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not present
Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
