What You'll Do.

Provide advice in executing strategic transactions

Support the Board of Directors

Advance best-in-class governance practices

Manage due diligence processes

review and negotiate transaction documents

Oversee post-closing integration legal matters

Support preparation of Board and committee materials

Assist in drafting shareholder communications

Oversee upkeep of corporate records

Develop and implement new transaction structures

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Strategy and Corporate Development group; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Coordinate with executive leadership

Communication Scope

Superb research, written and verbal communication skills; Translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice
