Structure collaboration arrangements
Structure reseller arrangements
Structure co-sell arrangements
Build commercial templates
Own commercial playbooks
Improve standard positions
Partner with Finance on revenue recognition
Partner with Finance on non-standard deal structures
Partner with Security/Compliance on data protection
Partner with Security/Compliance on regulated-data
Partner with Security/Compliance on security commitments
Advise CLO on commercial risk
Advise CLO on contractual risk
Advocate for changes to positions
Advocate for changes to playbooks
Advocate for changes to risk posture
Assist on strategic transactions
Assist on one-off transactions
Help build commercial legal team
Mentor commercial legal team
