Must Have
Law Degree required, Admitted to practice law in any state and in good standing, Minimum of 2-4 years of professional legal experience, at least 2-3 years of experience in commercial contract review, drafting, editing, and negotiation (law firm or in-house), Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental legal concepts, practices, and procedures within the area of specialization, Working knowledge of applicable federal and state mortgage servicing laws and regulations, legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills, Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, peers, team members) and external partners, Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
What You'll Do.

Manage contract lifecycle processes
Identify legal and regulatory risks
Provide legal advice to servicing operations
Draft and review responses to government agencies
Draft and review regulatory disclosures
Participate in review and revision of policies
Conduct training on laws and regulations
Provide support to in-house litigation staff
Provide advice in connection with risk assessments
Support General Counsel on legal matters
Coordinate with external counsel
Assume responsibility for special projects
How You'll Work.

Provide legal counsel and interpretation to management and operations teams; Coordinate with other members of the Legal Team; Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders; Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners
