S. state bar, Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, Proven experience drafting and negotiating software licensing agreements, Proven experience drafting and negotiating technology services agreements, Proven experience drafting and negotiating enterprise customer agreements, Proven experience drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, Proven experience drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, Experience working closely with Sales teams, Experience working closely with Revenue teams, Experience working closely with Customer Success teams, Experience working closely with Deal Desk teams, Experience working closely with Finance teams, Experience working closely with Security teams, understanding of key SaaS contract issues, Ability to review and negotiate privacy provisions, Ability to review and negotiate data protection provisions, Ability to review and negotiate cybersecurity provisions, Ability to review and negotiate AI provisions, Ability to review and negotiate IP provisions
