About the role: We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented attorney to join our legal team as Assistant General Counsel. This role is designed for a mid-level attorney who thrives on variety and will support the development, launch, and operation of innovative financial products and services. The role will also tackle everything from commercial contracts and financial regulatory questions to go-to-market strategy. You'll be a trusted advisor across the business with the chance to work on a wide range of legal issues in a fast-moving fintech environment. The ideal candidate has experience advising product and commercial teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting fintech, payments, consumer financial services, and related technology products. The candidate will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams to provide practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
