Job description Oversees all accounting operations, managing Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, Reporting, internal controls, and other compliance, acting as a key leader who provides insights to Country Controller for strategic decisions, handle and representing Company for tax assessments and filing statutory returns and liaising with auditors. Key Responsibilities * Lead and facilitate the APA application process through all the stages including * Review of supporting documents and promptly communicate on updates / changes to the stakeholders, if required. * Communicate and liaise with global tax team and external Consultants on regular basis to ensure accurate information flow. * Collaborate with business owners to facilitate the discussion and filed interviews. * Attend and be part of functional interviews with Hyderabad BU team * Facilitate compiling workflows to support the "captive" characterization of Hyderabad unit * Support any updates to existing benchmarking analysis (conducted in the latest TP Documentation before and during the course of the APA process ) * Spearhead tax submission
