Must Have
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, an accredited professional accounting qualification, Minimum 5 years experience at a managerial level, Track record of driving hotel finance performance, technical accounting, finance & taxation skills, Preparation, review, analysis & presentation of management & statutory reporting, Extensive Knowledge of hotel internal controls, Knowledge of budget process, Team Management, ability to meet tight deadlines, coach the team, Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels, Computer literate, Fluent in Thai and English (Bilingual), both verbal and written, Ability to deal with related Thai authorities and concerned Thai government agencies
Nice to Have
Rebranding/pre-opening experience, having set up and managed a cluster finance operation, systems implementation

leading the hotel's financial strategy

setting up & optimizing internal controls
team management & development
capital expenditure review
developing productive relationships with 3rd parties in the region
establish & drive the performance of the hotel

work closely with the Director of Finance, General Manager, cross-functional Executive/Management Team & Corporate Office; Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels
