What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in finance, Broad finance and accounting experience
Nice to Have
A professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) is preferred, Deep knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Oversee preparation and review of monthly departmental P&Ls
quarterly and annual financial statements
Partner with external advisors on statutory accounts and tax computations
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all financial and tax reporting requirements
payroll taxes and corporate income tax
Provide documentation and support for internal/external audits
Identify and lead cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives
Contribute to financial strategy
and operational execution
Act as a business partner to district operations management
offering financial insights and expertise
Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Ensure full adherence to statutory
and regulatory requirements
Maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Champion a culture of compliance and ethical conduct
Communicate proactively with finance teams to ensure understanding of policies and regulatory changes
