What You'll Do.
Support monthly accounting reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset register
Prepare monthly journals and analysis
Reconcile bank accounts
Post monthly payroll journals
Perform reconciliations of intercompany balances
Prepare inter-company recharges
Keep internal finance policies up to date
Initiate process and systems improvements
Draft new policies and guidance notes
update and monitor Month End closing tasks
Assist with new software tools implementation
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
Review general ledger for tax compliance
Prepare draft VAT returns
Assist with annual audit requests
Play key role in ERP implementation
