We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards About the role The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. What you’ll do India Payroll Processing and Accounting Process monthly Payroll in Greythr (Payroll Management System) and ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, Income Tax, ESI). Maintain Salary Registers, Employee Loan Registers. Payroll Accounting in NetSuite. Manage Commission and Bonus Accruals. Manage Benefit Accruals like gratuity. Prepare Payroll Reconciliations between BambooHR (HRIS), GreytHR and NetSuite to ensure accuracy of gross-to-net calculations. Coordinate with Payroll vendors, People team (BambooHR), and India tax advisors on compliance and employee-related queries. Maintain Payroll Schedules and Disclosures for Audit. Close & Financial Controls Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations. Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements. Manage prepaids and fixed assets accounting, depreciation schedules, and asset reconc
