What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance controlling, GL accounting, or finance business partnering within a multinational environment, working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules), Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, Experience across cost centre controlling, MEC/YEC cycles, credit management, and financial reporting, business-fluent English
Nice to Have
CPA, ACCA, CFA, familiarity with transaction codes such as FBL5N, FS10N, and cost centre reporting
What You'll Do.
Serve as Deputy to the Managing Director
Lead risk management and internal control enhancement initiatives
Conduct Global Corruption Risk Analyses
Calculate and document transfer pricing
Oversee YEC reporting
income statement preparation
Manage customer credit risk
Monitor and resolve overdue receivables
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues
Oversee daily cash and liquidity management
Support the negotiation
and review of customer contracts
Maintain accurate and competitive administer net pricing
Prepare Monthly Sales Associate Performance Reports
Deliver ad-hoc sales and customer insights analysis
Manage external reporting obligations
Record and manage leasing arrangements
Manage commission calculations
Lead cost center controlling activities
Identify and implement cost optimization
Administer intercompany charges and SLA cost allocations
Manage Local-for-Local transactions
Process and assign FI invoices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with central teams on local and regional audits; Coordinate cross-functional responses; deliver actionable commentary to stakeholders
