What You'll Achieve.
Maintain healthy cash flow and DSO metrics, reduce delinquency and protect working capital, ensure swift resolution and high customer satisfaction scores, ensure financial stability, ensure accuracy and timeliness of external reporting obligations, identify and implement cost optimization strategies.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance controlling, GL accounting, or finance business partnering within a multinational environment. Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-border operating environment.
Nice to Have
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus. Familiarity with transaction codes such as FBL5N, FS10N, and cost centre reporting is advantageous.
