What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis, grounding in accounting principles including P&L management, revenue recognition and financial controls, Demonstrated experience using automation, data tools, or AI applications to improve finance processes, Proficiency with financial planning and reporting, Excellent cross-functional communication skills, Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build new processes where none exist
Nice to Have
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent analytical background is advantageous, familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus, Commercial instinct and the ability to translate numbers into business insights that non-finance stakeholders can act on
What You'll Do.
Own and improve revenue recognition process
Leverage AI tools to automate journal entries
Flag exceptions and maintain audit-ready documentation
Drive design and implementation of automated close workflows
Build and maintain real-time P&L dashboards
Act as strategic finance partner
Use AI-generated insights and scenario models
Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-powered forecasting tools

Ensure financial data pipelines are clean
Document and champion new AI-first finance processes
Identify and prioritise automation opportunities
