overseeing re-stocking procedures

Other responsibilities include running weekly cost reports for field personnel as needed, assisting production reporting team with the field oil and water transport tickets and shipping/delivering to Midland corporate office, data entry into various systems, managing and maintaining field office supplies and organization. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Assist with the coding and invoicing process as well as entering costs into the internal tracking system * Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to one or more field office sites * Responsible for operating office equipment and utilizing various software applications. This includes tasks performed both individually and in support of others within the department. * Adhere to established protocols and comprehensive instructions when carrying out both routine and complex operations, such as developing open ticket vendor compliance guidelines, managing supply inventories, and overseeing re-stocking procedures. * Perform data entry, and reviews reports or documentation for accuracy * Maintain office supply, field office organization and inventories, and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment **Required Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED * Five (5+) years of demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent written, verbal, listening, communication, and data entry skills * Exhibit a professional attitude both verbally and in writing along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an administrative assistant working for an oil and gas company *
