Other responsibilities include running weekly cost reports for field personnel as needed, assisting production reporting team with the field oil and water transport tickets and shipping/delivering to Midland corporate office, data entry into various systems, managing and maintaining field office supplies and organization. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Assist with the coding and invoicing process as well as entering costs into the internal tracking system * Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to one or more field office sites * Responsible for operating office equipment and utilizing various software applications.
