What You'll Do.
Assist staff in maintaining locker rooms
Assist staff in maintaining fitness floors
Assist staff in maintaining common areas
Assist staff in maintaining amenities
Respond to member feedback with urgency
Provide follow up communication with solutions
Assist manager with budget recommendations
Assist in training team members
Provide ongoing training
Provide continuous feedback
Serve on club Safety Committee
Ensure policies and regulations compliance
Assist with recruiting for Operations
Assist with interviewing for Operations
Attend weekly department head meetings
Attend Operations department meetings
Attend "all club" meetings
Build positive relationship with members
Gather feedback from members
Coordinate Operations staff schedules
Create Operations staff schedules
