What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or Diploma in Hotel management / Graduate with Building management experience, at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in facilities management, good working knowledge in occupational safety, aptitude in client-centric operations, act as backup / reliver for the resources deployed in the City, Solid background in team management, Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team, Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
Hotel Management Background Preferred, Experience in Facilities Management is required, Customer Service focus, Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands, Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements, PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required
What You'll Do.
oversee the property’s day-to-day operations
ensure that all administrative functions and facility services are covered
strive for continuous improvement in the process
keep an eye out on the property’s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials
manage supply and service contracts
mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures
handling crisis management and business continuity plans
be on top of health and safety issues
actively participate in reviewing them
take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations
be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements
carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance
oversee creating stock reports
meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients
coordination with various teams
trouble shoot and assign and monitor maintenance projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager; Daily meeting floor Admins; Meeting End user / Line Managers & Directors for Feedback on improvement areas; Sync up with Tech Executives on site for site specific Snags; coordination with various teams; function effectively as part of a team
