Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required, Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity, Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs, Proven track record in multi-site facilities operations, Basic to intermediate knowledge of facility/property management operations, Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support services, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platforms, Excellent customer service orientation and client relationship management, verbal and written communication skills, Effective managerial and leadership capabilities, Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives, Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, Budget oversight and cost management, Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

What You'll Do.

Support the Account Team in delivering reliable retail static and mobile engineering services and 3rd Party Outsourcing operations to Corporate Real Estate Client across multiple locations.

Drive client satisfaction through proactive vendor management

and strategic relationship building while maintaining 95%+ service delivery standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Partner with key client representatives to support JLL and client corporate real estate goals and objectives.

PA-based 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program with direct oversight of four (4) outsourcing representatives

Deliver comprehensive services to remote retail locations including HVAC

and General Maintenance operations

Monitor 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards

Oversee account platforms and work order management systems

Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking

Administer access control systems across all locations

Monitor and optimize service agreement performance metrics

Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices

Maintain adherence to Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards and quality benchmarks

Drive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices

Identify and execute process innovations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Participate in strategic planning sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
