What You'll Do.
manage our workplaces
oversee the technical aspects of workplace and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities
running routine safety inspections
corresponding with contractors
planning maintenance work
supervising facilities staff
real estate related Procurement & related invoices (ERP)
Ensure facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures
Maintain equipment and building provisions to ensure the business continuity.
Oversee the building installments and refurbishments
Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors
Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
Financial Acumen: Budgeting
Procurement: PO management
Delegate maintenance responsibilities to team members
Run routine maintenance inspections
Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Manage maintenance and installation work as needed
