Ensure properties are managed across their full lifecycle; Maintain strict compliance, safety, and service standards; Embed consistent, controlled SRP delivery practices; Support staff experience, client confidence, and compliance integrity; Ensure properties are fully prepared, compliant, and approved prior to occupancy; Ensure value-for-money outcomes while maintaining service quality and compliance; Ensure timely completion of maintenance, compliance works, and property preparation activities; Improve property readiness outcomes

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Relevant tertiary qualification in facilities management, property, construction, or a related discipline, Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in facilities management, property management, or residential portfolio management

What You'll Do.

Support Post Facilities Manager in day-to-day delivery

Coordinate and ensure compliance of Staff Residential Property portfolio

Manage SRP activities across full property lifecycle

Coordinate Move In / Move Out activities

Ensure properties are compliant prior to occupancy

Oversee property exits and rectification works

Maintain accurate SRP records and documentation

Promote and maintain safe living and working environment

Ensure compliance with safety requirements

Review contractor safety documentation

Support portfolio-wide compliance reviews

Follow incident reporting procedures

Assist with monitoring financial performance

Support accounts payable processes

Assist with contract management and vendor engagement

Ensure value-for-money outcomes

Support budgeting and forecasting

Manage and coordinate service providers

Monitor performance against service standards

Provide high standard of customer service

Act as key point of contact for queries

Build and maintain effective relationships

Support and guide Residential Property Coordinators

Foster teamwork and collaboration

Assist with training and onboarding

Support workload prioritisation

Ensure work orders are tracked and closed

Maintain accurate records for compliance

Support reporting on property readiness

Embed consistent SRP processes

Foster teamwork, collaboration, and consistent ways of working; Coordinate with network Workplace Coordinators and regional resources; Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal JLL teams
