What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years Maintenance or Utility Management experience, Oracle EAM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems required
Nice to Have
Four Year College Degree in Engineering beneficial, ASRS experience (where applicable), Kepner-Tregoe or similar problem solving experience desired, Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred, HAZ-MAT certification desired, Process Safety Management training or knowledge of PSM preferred, Contractor management experience
What You'll Do.
Guide development of Facilities Department associates’ technical skills
Provide facilities management support
Ensure all new equipment and utility installations meet USDA requirements
Support reduced production downtime through a predictive/preventive maintenance system
Assist development of the capital and expense budget
Support company policies and work rules
Ensure best value in purchase of materials and labor
Ensure that the Plant meets OSHA
and local agencies regulatory requirements
Support the Facilities Manager in any assigned projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support Plant Manager with all activities of the Facilities Department; Support each department at the plant; Work with product team
