What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in food and beverage operations management or similar hospitality role (minimum 2–3 years), knowledge of food preparation, service standards, and dining protocols, Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and team leadership, Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software, Excellent understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene compliance requirements, organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Exceptional people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication skills, Knowledge of inventory management and cost control procedures, Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

multilingual abilities are desirable, Experience working in a luxury resort or island destination

What You'll Do.

Assist in the day-to-day management and supervision of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets and venues

Oversee staff scheduling

and performance management to maintain high service standards and team morale

Monitor inventory levels

and ordering procedures to minimise wastage and control costs effectively

Ensure compliance with health

and food hygiene regulations at all times

Maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage billing procedures with accuracy and efficiency

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Conduct regular inspections of dining areas

and storage facilities to uphold cleanliness and operational standards

Support the planning and execution of special events

and themed dining experiences

Liaise between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain detailed records of sales

and operational metrics for reporting purposes

Contribute to the development and implementation of F&B policies and procedures

Assist in menu planning and cost analysis to optimise profitability

Team & Collaboration
