Monitor C-cure9000 application servers and health
Monitor C-cure9000 application database backup
Confirm Import watcher service is running
Monitor regional servers online reader count
Monitor Pan India facilities access control panels
Monitor Pan India C-cure connected facilities access group nomenclature
Monitor access control panel firmware version
Monitor SAFE application healthiness
Confirm SAFE tool application services are running
Confirm SAFE tool messages are processing
Raise issue tickets to QS supporting team
Restart MIS Interface
Import watcher and XmlRpc services
Perform reconciliation of SAFE System admin User group
Perform reconciliation of Authorized admin group
Perform reconciliation of Level-3 Area owners
Perform reconciliation of C-cure9000 application User accounts
Share Invalid transaction logs
Assist workplace team with C-cure9000 and SAFE
Assist workplace team to create new facilities access groups
Create employers/vendors
Floor and Bay mapping
Provide Training to ISOC operators
Provide Demo / Training to secured bay projects
Assist workplace team with Visitor Kiosk system
Support in access control system migration
Coordinate and direct Interaction with vendors
Schedule calls and troubleshoot access control issues
Share access logs to GAP leads
Highlight discrepancies found in SAFE tool procedure
Share transaction logs and audit artifacts
Confirm TPV Staff badge templates colour code

If any issues, will take necessary action on the same Monitoring all 6 regional servers online reader count Monitoring Pan India facilities connected access control panels are up and communicating with all 6 regional servers. If any issues observed, communicating the same to respective facility BMS teams Monitoring Pan India C-cure connected facilities access group nomenclature as per the Global Standards Monitoring access control panel firmware version is as per the standards • Monitoring SAFE application healthiness. Confirming SAFE tool application services are up and running. If any issues, will inform CIO and QS team to take necessary action on the same Confirming SAFE tool messages are processing to PACs without any issues. Raising issue tickets to QS supporting team.
