What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or Facilities Management, Minimum 5 years’ experience in building operations, facilities management, or engineering services within commercial, mixed‑use, or industrial assets, working knowledge of M &E systems, critical equipment, and statutory requirements in Singapore, Experience with CMMS and maintenance reporting tools, Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Demonstrated readiness to take on supervisory or assistant manager responsibilities

Exposure to project coordination and team support functions
What You'll Do.
Support daily operations and performance of HVAC
and life safety systems
Monitor building systems and respond to operational issues
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted service
Assist in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Coordinate with contractors and service providers
Support purchase requisitions
Support compliance with BCA
and other relevant local regulations
Assist in statutory inspections
and regulatory reporting
Support planning and execution of asset enhancement and improvement projects
Coordinate with consultants
and internal stakeholders
Support daily supervision and development of on-site engineering staff and vendors
Promote a culture of safety
