About the Role The Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the operational success, compliance, integrity, and team performance of the dispensary. The ADM oversees all Dispensary Associate and Key Holder tasks and goals while helping drive management and leadership team objectives, particularly around productivity, accountability, and positivity. This role works closely with the Lead Dispensary Manager and reports directly to the Lead Dispensary Manager. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role.
