Interest in coaching and supporting the development of less experienced team members, Ability to travel on behalf of College Board business 1-3 times per year

What You'll Do.

Own day-to-day operational strategy and service delivery for our New York Office

Serve as the primary point of contact for property management

Oversee meeting and event logistics for large-scale gatherings

Manage the NYC office technology ecosystem

Ensure compliance with health

Design and execute the NYC workplace programming strategy

Manage the Sharebite food program

Develop programming calendar aligned with organizational priorities and employee feedback

Create and maintain feedback loops

Coordinate with Reston and PR counterparts to share best practices and maintain consistent programming standards

Manage all NYC vendor relationships

Own the NYC WX operational budget

Evaluate new vendor opportunities

Process and approve invoices and purchase orders

Collect and synthesize NYC workplace data into monthly reports

Identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations

Support Director in building the unified cross-location data dashboard

Coordinate with Reston and PR counterparts to share best practices and maintain consistent programming standards; Support Director in building the unified cross-location data dashboard by providing consistent, accurate NYC inputs; working across differences; fostering trust; contributing to a culture of shared success
