Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years relevant work experience, Experience in fact-finding and analysing data, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, Experience in working with professors, I&E government funding agencies, MNCs, Good communication skills, Knowledge in entrepreneurship, start-up development and ecosystem, Knowledge of best practices in venture support, Knowledge in government grants, Experience in budget planning, managing and processing claims, Enjoy working with students, Capability to work independently, Demonstrated resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask, Meticulous and eye for details, Creative and refreshing ideas, demonstrated experience in organising large-scale events
Nice to Have
Degree Preferably in Entrepreneurship or Business, Experience in the startup ecosystem

Provide leadership to strengthen I&E Pathway
Conceptualise and organise I&E programmes
Grow student leadership in I&E activities
Lead stakeholder engagement
Build and sustain relationships with partners
Create opportunities for venture creation
Increase NTU I&E visibility
Drive internal collaboration
Align programmes and objectives
Support cross-functional initiatives
Oversee design and implementation of events
Conceptualise engagement activities
Engage strategic partners
Oversee implementation of outreach materials
Conceptualise marketing and outreach strategies
Coordinate website updates
Manage content creation for social media
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration between NTU community and external stakeholders; Work with relevant managers of resources; Bridge students with industry, ecosystem partners, and global opportunities; Working across institutions of the NTU I&E and NTU schools; Collaborations with strategic partners; Drive internal collaboration towards NTU &E Alignment; Collaborations with faculty, Leads of teams; Support cross-functional initiatives within NTUpreneur; Engage strategic partners of other NTU’s departments
