Bachelor's degree, 3 years leadership experience, Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification required, Valid Texas Drivers License

Master's degree preferred, Mid-management certification preferred, Special education certification preferred, Student services certification preferred, Texas educator certification preferred, Experience with students with disabilities, Experience with behavioral challenges, Experience supporting large operational environments

Lead Student Safety & Support framework

Ensure behavior support strategies implemented

Provide direct intervention support

Serve as escalation point

Support safe transportation operations

Maintain communication with leadership

Align transportation strategies

Participate in IEP meetings

Serve as subject-matter expert

Lead training development

Deliver behavior and safety training

Provide de-escalation training

Support staff onboarding

Support staff development

Model behavior intervention techniques

Collect behavior incident data

Analyze behavior incident data

Ensure compliance with guidelines

Maintain accurate records
