ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE THE OPPORTUNITY UHP is seeking an Assistant Director of Performance to serve as a frontline leader responsible for coaching quality, team development, and day-to-day execution across UHP’s performance programs. This individual will play a critical role in building coaching excellence, maintaining standards, and creating a consistent, high-quality experience for students and staff throughout our immersive programs. The ideal candidate is a leader and developer of people who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment and is excited to contribute to something larger than themselves.
