What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in social work, Bachelor's degree in human services, Bachelor's degree in education, Bachelor's degree in related field, Valid US driver's license for at least two years, No serious traffic convictions within past three years, Access to reliable vehicle during work hours, Valid auto insurance

Nice to Have

Three or more years supervisory experience, Supervisory experience in ID/A licensed program

Assist Director in management

Assist Director in organization

Assist Director in operational oversight

Oversee program expenses

Oversee billing practices

Oversee documentation compliance

Oversee service delivery

Travel to offsite meetings

Provide services in community

Provide service oversight

Facilitate corrective action process

Supervise Program Managers

Ensure quality of services

Provide regulatory compliance

Assist in overseeing licensing process

Assist in overseeing inspections

Ensure highest quality of care

Help individuals meet needs

Assist Managers with intake process

Perform public relations functions

Keep abreast of developments

Ensure services compliance

Provide leadership for problem solving

Provide leadership for crisis resolution

Develop working relationships with staff

Develop working relationships with others

Review intervention methods

Review program planning

Provide direct care when required
