Full Job Description
Access Services is seeking an **Assistant Director of Day Programs**! The Assistant Director of Day Programs plays a key leadership role in supporting the overall management, organization, and daily operations of our 2380/2390 day programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for adults with developmental disabilities. This position provides oversight and guidance to Program Managers, supports staff development, and helps ensure regulatory compliance and effective service delivery. This role is based out of ou**r Bethlehem office and oversees four program locations across Carbon, Schuylkill, Monroe, and Northampton/Lehigh counties**. The Assistant Director is expected to maintain a consistent on-site presence, visiting each location at least once every other week. **Essential Functions: ** 1. Assist the Director in the overall management, organization, and daily operational oversight of the Day Program, including but not limited to program expenses, billing practices, documentation compliance, and service delivery. 2. This position requires the ability to travel during a normal workday to successfully carry out the expectations of this position including attending offsite meetings, providing services in the community and providing service oversight and supervision. 3. Facilitate the corrective action process when required. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training within the program. 4. Supervise Program Managers using individual and group supervision methods. 5. Help ensure quality of services and files maintenance are in accordance with the Office of 6. Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations (2380 / 2390 license). 7. Provide regulatory compliance and assist Program Director in overseeing the program’s licensing process and inspections. 8.
