Support Director of Finance
Oversee accounting and finance operations
Ensure compliance with policies
Supervise Finance team activities
Foster accountability and learning
Lead month-end closing process
Prepare financial statements
Prepare journal entries
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare Daily Cash Position Report
Manage and invest excess funds
Assist in budget preparation
Assist in forecast preparation
Assist in financial planning
Oversee tax return preparation
Oversee statutory reporting
Ensure accuracy of liabilities
Review balance sheet reconciliations
Review bank reconciliations
Coordinate internal audits
Coordinate external audits
Monitor hotel expenses
