Previous leadership experience in a luxury, hospitality environment, Prior experience working with blueprints, wiring diagrams and HVAC systems, Experience with hiring and onboarding positions, including hourly and management levels, Ability to maintain communication and drive service levels through vendor relationships, Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions, legal work authorization for employment in the United States

Nice to Have

supervisory experience, preferably in resorts
