Govern and advance the CRM platform ecosystem
Lead the platform governance function
Coordinate internal teams and specialist resources
Maintain and continuously improve the CRM marketing stack
Own the governance framework and standards
Define how platforms should be configured
Define how platforms should be maintained
Define CRM function's consent configuration requirements
Ensure guest consent preferences are captured
Ensure audience reachability rules reflect regulatory obligations
Own CRM onboarding process for properties
Define standards for correct configuration
Define standards for governance compliance
Define standards for commercially optimal segmentation
Define standards for contact rules
Manage platform user access
Manage platform roles
Manage platform permissions
Own CRM enhancement QA
Own release governance
Establish standards for journey builds
Establish standards for automations
Establish standards for platform deployments
Define requirements for customer data operations
Oversee delivery by specialist resources
Act as customer profile champion
Set standards for data accuracy
Set standards for deduplication
Set standards for anonymous-to-known profile merge
Oversee refinement of complex merge logic
Partner with Business Intelligence team on data architecture
Lead vendor and partner relationships
Manage technology vendors for roadmap alignment
