Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive MBA program, supporting students, faculty, and stakeholders throughout program delivery. Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for program sessions, executive education events, and off-site academic activities. Oversee operational execution of program days, including staffing, scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site support. Manage contracting processes and e-payments for faculty and external vendors in accordance with institutional policies. Collect, organize, and distribute program materials and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders. Coordinate with internal departments, administrative teams, and campus support services to ensure smooth program operations. Support continuous improvement of program delivery through problem-solving, process optimization, and attention to detail. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, operations, or a service-oriented environment. Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, faculty, and external partners. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to produce clear, structured written documentation and communicate complex processes effectively. Proven ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and operational workflows in academic, corporate, or professional services environments. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
