Must Have
At least 8 years of working experience, Minimally 2 years in supervisory roles, Data engineering or data architecture experience, Proven track record in designing and managing large-scale, scalable data platforms, Experience across on-premises and cloud-based environments, Demonstrated experience leading data engineering teams, Oversight across pipeline development and data governance workstreams, Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, Foundation in solution architecture design, Foundation in infrastructure planning, Foundation in data quality management, Foundation in data governance strategy, Ability to translate high-level policy and business requirements into clear technical directions, Proficiency in coding and programming, Interpersonal and negotiation skills, Maturity to build collaborative relationships, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced matrix environment, Meticulous attention to dependencies and milestones, Meticulous, result-driven, and intellectually curious, Drive and perseverance to seek continuous improvement, Champion innovation within the team, Genuine interest in digital health, Genuine interest in healthcare, Genuine interest in health promotion, Appreciation for Precision Public Health, Appreciation for population-level analytics
