How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with cross functional team members; Develop internal cross functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Technical design, Gap Inc Sourcing (GIS), Visual Merchandising and Marketing; Presenting to internal leadership and cross functional partners
Communication Scope
Presenting to internal leadership and cross functional partners; Communicate vision behind fit and product design; Ask effective questions; Solicit feedback
Process & Methodology
Manage administration and follow up of product design process, Ensure team stays organized, Hit required deadlines
