Bachelor's degree in engineering, Minimum five (5) years of formwork design experience, design skills in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Well-developed analytical skills, Ability to work individually and in a team environment, Ability to manage multiple projects, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets, Good listening and probing skills, Able to work independently and as a team player, Willingness to be involved hands-on, Engaging personality, confident attitude, Excellent communication skills in English language
