The role carries accountability for team performance, workload management, and meeting agreed production targets. Key Accountabilities * Lead, manage, and develop the formwork design team based in India. * Plan, coordinate, and prioritise design workloads to meet monthly production and delivery targets. * Ensure formwork designs are fit for purpose, compliant with project requirements, and aligned with factory manufacturing needs. * Assist the Technical Design Manager as the primary design interface with Factory, Business Development, and Project teams. * Manage design deliverabl
