Must Have

What You'll Do.
Be involved in SP infrastructure and facilities planning
organising and coordinating architectural
interior design and MEP requirements
cross functional coordination with aspects such as school/department equipment
Provide technical leadership in specific working practices
oversee the quality of the work in progress
Attend and participate in relevant meetings
input to the consultants’ technical and design proposal
provide proposed work plans and schedules
Be the bridge between FM and consultants
Follow through on the project
obtaining the sign offs and approvals
Keep abreast of latest Singapore Standards
Interface with the consultants
build stakeholder relationships
Responsible for budgetary planning and control
Write papers for approval on relevant subjects
Support the rest of the campus planning team
Manage and coordinate several on-going projects
achieving milestone goals to meet specific deadlines
Assist in identifying strategic goals
developing action plans for and coordinating implementation
Review the initiative and programme execution
report the progress at management meetings
Other duties as assigned

The rejuvenated Campus will be a transformational sustainability environment, where design is not just for a beautiful space, but also for an engaging culture for generations to come. **[What you will be working on]** You will be responsible for the following: **Projects** * Be involved in Singapore Polytechnic, SP infrastructure and facilities planning, development and management. * Planning, organising and coordinating architectural, interior design and MEP requirements and discussions for SP. * This is a holistic scope, which encompasses not only infrastructural, but also requires cross functional coordination with aspects such as school/department equipment and building facilities maintenance. * To be part of the SP Project team to access and acquire information on SP’s infrastructure. * Provide technical leadership in specific working practices or specific areas of work for members of the team, co-ordinate work as a team leader and oversee the quality of the work in progress. * Attend and participate in relevant meetings (design planning, interface, technical clarification, etc) as per planned schedule to provide technical inputs as needed. * To input to the consultants’ technical and design proposal to meet SP’s operation needs. * To provide proposed work plans and schedules to achieve control, compatibility and coordinated objective to avoid and minimise operation disruptions. * Be the bridge between FM and consultants, so that detailed information, including operations workflows, interdependencies, additional request
