**[What the role is]** [LTA-HR] ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING) **[What you will be working on]** The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA's purpose of delivering a people-centric land transport system and delivers future-ready solutions based on organisational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalisation activities. The key responsibilities include the following: **Workforce Planning** * Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models. * Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs. * Evaluate manpower requirements for new initiatives and growth areas and put up right-sized manpower proposals, including assessing workforce, budget and downstream organisational implications. * Review workforce movements against plans, and recommend timely course-correction actions where required. * Support workforce establishment management, including the creation, tracking and monitoring of headcount positions. * Support the quarterly billing process for manpower projects, including monitoring of actual vs. budgeted amounts. **Digitalisation** * Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards and reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency. * Support existing HR digital transformation efforts with a view of automating processes, e.g. by identifying processes that could be re-designed and exploring new technologies to enhance operations, including the implementation of RPA, paperless and chatbot solutions. * Identify opportunities and apply knowledge of relevant technologies to improve HR efficiency.
