The Transactional Services Programme powers high-volume, citizen- and business-facing transactions across government. Together, these programmes form a core part of the public sector digital ecosystem, enabling agencies to launch, connect, and operate digital services with less reliance on custom development. As the Design Lead, you will be the most senior designer across both programmes, responsible for driving distinct design visions within each while ensuring coherence and quality within them. You will also define shared design principles, foster collaboration across teams, and strengthen design’s strategic influence alongside product and engineering leadership. The Design Lead will report to the Programme Director of both programmes.
